gunnery UP!

yea yea super crazy day ne

got myself a blister at the fourth toe. Horrible business... decided to do what i usually do... burst it.

regret...

it was a deep one... think it's machiam the 1,000 year blister... about 1mm into the skin, 3mm by 5mm over shape hole...

not pain... yet.

tomorrow... the truth will be out...

but it's really bugging me... cos it is on the 4th toe... definitely too much pressure between it and the 3rd toe. if you can see my toes, it's all squished together so that it is not rounded... except the front. the sides between the toes are all flat flat one... happening.

but it was worth it. The jog today was wonderful

The Lord assured me, He has not forgot Japan.

And though i normally cover 10 rounds, today... i did THIRTEEN!!!!

As usual, the Lord was good to me... the going got fasterby the 5th round... pace was ok... then the 11th round, picked up speed... the 13th round was burst mode... half maximum stretch... very 'chuan' at the last round, repeating in my mind, i can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.... and i finished!

Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised!

Ah yea... tribute to some of the sisters who are more prominent in my life...

Pastor Ting- I was privileged to be in her CG, grateful for her kind leadership
Sis Guin- My first CGL, very definitely God's special blessing to me (i feel)
[She is the best blessing to her husband, very most definitely! Right, Bro Andrew?]
Sis Lynn Wee- A wise woman, she makes a point when she needs to.
[One of the most happening couple, Bro Roger and Sis Lynn. Not forgetting Barney]
Sister Gene- balance discipline and love, amazing godmother of choir.
[missed by many many of us. known by many, loved by all]
Sis Jocelyn: the best choir i/c i ever had!
Lennie: very upgraded since i first knew her during poly days
Cheryl: sister in choir, sister in percussion.

An honor to know them, wise people, a blessing to all around them. Blessed by their counsel, leadership and influence... inspiration...
