received the summons to help, that manpower's needed.

called mom: fuming mad. referred to dad.

prayed... God asked: is My Arm not longer enough (to keep you safe)
called dad: he replied: why ask me when you already decided?
asked again: he replied: i advise you better not to go.

prayed: sense God saying He'll keep me safe.
called dad: he replied: if you go, i am not going to care about you
he dropped the call.

called CGL, confirmed positive, available to help out in the relief force

Informed "inner circle" of impending trip. SMS of concern was received and replied.

received call next day that expedition was cancelled.

But glad that i availed myself. it was a test of faith in God. Even if the expedition went ahead, i would go. Somewhat disappointed with the cancellation...

Heard 1 doc was kidnapped in Aceh.

Heard all international groups told to withdrew from the vicinity by Indo govt.

Doc friend of mine is now in Aceh, she's returning to SG on Saturday.

Status: realigning SatComm to focus on mission2005... gotta keep eyes on God... He is faithful. always.
