long time no post

and it has beeen a long time indeed.

i was reading the bible and praying and somehow... the thought came up... when we pray...
- angels go to war in the spiritual realm
- the atmosphere changes and things begin to happen
- the kingdom of darkness loses and the Kingdom of God advances. (And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. - Matt 16:18)

The enemy... being the sly devil that it is, cannot win in the spiritual.. comes to us on the level that he can best function: the mind.

Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17)
If you have faith as small as the mustard seed... (Matthew 17:20)
Then He touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith let it be to you." (Matt 9:29)

So our faith arise as we read the Word of God.
And if we have faith... we can do tremendous things for God.

So the enemy attacks the 'root'... our heart, our mind, our faith in God... with doubt.

Matt 21:21 says: So Jesus answered and said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, 'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' it will be done.

By attacking our faith, and sowing the "tares of doubts" with the "wheat of His Word" the enemy desires to choke up our faith in God.

If God likened our faith to the mustard seed... and we relate it to Matthew 13:31-32, then our faith is able to become greater than the 'seed faith' that we now have.

Whatever situation you are in, take heart. God's plans for you will come to pass. Hang in there. Keep the faith alive, water it with the Holy Spirit and let the Light of the Word of God shine upon it... and it will grow till "it is greater than the herbs and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches." (Matt 13:32)
