disappointment

It is most disappointing

a crybaby customer that demands all he wants... and only because he is a pathetic director of some miserable golf organisation and it is expected of me to 'resolve all his problems'

i do not think that it is in my position to 'sacrifice' my time for the alleviation of his miserable existence.

it is time to lay some cards on the table and play.

if the operations manager will not take her position to be one, and i am to take position for myself, so be it.

she will bear responsibility for it.
