Been listening to old songs, as i'm wont to during interesting times...

Beyond and X Japan has been 2 of the more significant influence in my life thus far.
Oasis and Coldplay too, all thanks to Manwin... but those were much later.

maybe i really should find my activation button for "berserker" mode.

*** for the uninitiated, the "berserker" is a mythological warrior.
He is pretty normal. Usually.
Till he goes berserk that is.
Once berserk mode kicks in, he does not think. He just attacks. and attacks. and attacks.
Until all enemies are down. Or he goes down.
In many instances, such warriors cannot feel pain in the midst of the carnage.
after sanity returns, then the feelings come back in.

since I've been thinking for many years, perhaps i can afford berserk mode for quite a while?
