It was not an easy road, having the training then the brutal reality of the often harsh and angry customers explode in your ear.

In this run, it demonstrated your capabilities to adapt and think through matters technically to resolve customer issues. Many of you have grown more knowledgeable in the matter of IT technology and broadband connectivity.

You may have also learnt to better articulate yourselves, think of many ways to describe verbally to people what you visually perceive, so as to communicate to customer what needs to be done in order to resolve their problems.

For those who had been punctual always, it showed your discipline and responsibility to the work that you had agreed to perform for the company. Regardless of how you felt about it, you came on time and did your best. Kudos to you.

The testimonials did not come easily. It was an endeavor on the part of the supervisors to fight for you, that your hard work paid off, not just materially in terms of renumeration, but also in terms of recognition, in the matter of the testimonials.
