Faith!

FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS UNSEEN. I got a revelation on this verse during the Tuesday PM and am still meditating on it.

Like my CGL said during CG, the desires that we have are from God. As faith is defined as a ‘substance’, that means that it is not mud, clay or gold or silver. By the very nature that faith is undefined, it also has unlimited creative power to become what we hope for, or bring it to pass the desires that God has placed in our hearts.

Faith is also the evidence of things unseen, and that evidence is expressed on the countenance of the bearer of faith. The man who has faith, his countenance never falls. Like David running towards seemingly certain death, Abraham's sacrifice of Isaac at Mount Moria, the man who smiles... or even laughs in the face of adversity, because he knows and truly understands and believe with all his heart that he serves the Almighty God who is always faithful and just, to see him through every storm of life.
